She competed in the 2006 Winter Olympics held in Turin, Italy as half–pipe snowboarder, but she didn’t make it past qualifying, which led to personal and family problems. After the Olympics, she had some work done, attempted suicide, got married and had a child, divorced, remarried the same guy, then began a career as a television personality. She did several new photography collections and released an autobiography, and admitted to having been a prostitute or a “worker at a delivery health service” in Osaka, saying it was a time of youthful recklessness, and she needed the money and has no regrets and is not ashamed of it. Now Melo is venturing into AV, having released her first video last May. From what I can see it doesn’t look like she’’s very prolific.
